Cultural revolution of the 1960s

That's because they consider western women to be sluts, I think. Are we sexually liberated? Or are we sluts? Or are the terms synonymous? Or what??
There is no such thing as a slut. Doesn't exist. As for those rapists, why do you think Burkahs were invented? I'll tell you. These men go wild if they see a woman's ankle or eyebrow. These men are the problem, period, final, end of story. If sluts do exist, it is these men.

They followed like sheep jumping off a cliff. I'm glad I wasn't a part of it. I was raised by parents who instilled family values (I briefly rebelled against a puritan, over-bearing mother but that passed with time).
I can say the same about religion, but I won’t

I know the case Candi is referring to. The eleven year old boy is from Venezuela. Germany does not get migrants from Venezuela.
This is right. But meanwhile it happenes in Germany also that kids at such an age commit killings, mostly of younger children.

I was recently banned from this forum for continuing to make personal attacks on members. I have absolutely no idea what posting they were referring to. Maybe it was my comment about people being like sheep; I have no idea.

I absolutely loved that era, which was more like 1965 to '75 than the literal 60s. In the end, I feel disappointed and disillusioned about many of the changes we wanted and in some cases lived amounting to not much. I think feminism was the biggest change, but again, what I envisioned at the time has not come to pass. I hate this particular time in history.

I think @Mr. Ed hit on a very very important correlation between the vietnam war and the sexual “revolution”. I think it was timing. Women had been drafted into the workforce in non traditional jobs already for years…often with husbands off in war zones. They knew they could work and make money. Part of traditional marriage in the western cultures was the concept that men would “take care of you”. This was translating into two income households but the tradeoff was no longer in place.
