Been a long time since I watched the cable comedy with Larry David, but it was funny and unique. Surely not everyone would appreciate that type of humor, but we had some chuckles watching it.

In the link is an hour long podcast of the NPR public radio show which interviews the comedians who were part of the show, also transcript.

And for me at least, it ends what was a very special golden era of HBO shows such as The Sopranos (of course..lol) , Sex In the City, Deadwood, Six Feet Under , Rome, The Leftovers and many more. When Max took over HBO, Max made it very clear that it was more interested in quantity over quality and that's a shame.

WARNING: For those who have not watched it, the Curb Your Enthusiasm show did have adult content and language. I just looked up some clips on Youtube. It never bothered me, part of the humor, but thought I'd mention it. The podcast I linked to was for public radio and censored any words when needed.

Very true. I might add that it is not a show to watch if you are not able to laugh at yourself.

@SeaBreeze I'm not at all surprised that we have the same sense of humor! I absolutely loved this show and have watched every season up to this one because we no longer subscribe to HBO or MAX. Every character has been great, but Susie Essman with her foul mouth, aggressive attitude and tacky outfits have been the highlight for me. Larry and Susie's fights are epic. I know the current season will be available on other streaming channels eventually and I'll watch that one too.

My favorite segment of all time. (Language!)

I will not post my favorite scene but it had to do with a certain favorite Aunts obituary....
