Cursed Foods

Well, I'm not fond of either one, but would eat both if I was starving. ๐Ÿคข I like a lot of legumes, but Lima's ain't one of 'em. To reiterate... ick. ๐Ÿคช
Well doh! Nobody was talking starving. Iโ€™d eat a lot of things I donโ€™t like if I was starving. Even Lima beans ๐Ÿคฎlol
That bit of butter wouldnโ€™t cut it but heyโ€ฆ starving is n another thing. Iโ€™d probably eat dog food if I was THAT hungry.

Get used to trying and eating insects - they will be the next generation food [oh forgot we won't be there will we!!] - but some scientists say that when the cattle petter out then insects will be what we survive on - of course in Thailand and other parts of SE Asia - th e eating of insects is quite a common and enjoyable pass time?/

Good to some folks but raw oysters are a cursed food to me.....tried them once in a fancy hotel in Singapore and couldn't even get the first one down.
Love raw oysters, however due to concerns about hepatitis and other things I have cut way back on them. Once a year or so at most. I think they are probably an acquired taste, I grew up getting our own out of Tampa Bay and eating them right away. Probably had my first at age 5.

A safer alternative is to put them on the bbq grill unopened. They steam open and are safer to eat. Still pretty good.
