Customer Service Worse Than Ever!

The big problem with Walmart is that workers do not know what is what. This is due to two things: Employee turnover is very high. And the store itself is so big with so many services that few can comprehend everything going on. I feel bad for the people that work there as I am sure they get verbal abuse from customers on a daily basis due to the confusing and frustrating shopping experience. So I try to be nice to the workers.

I was just there yesterday - my vertical posters were printed sideways (and cut off) and they were prepaid. It took 20 minutes of the Service person that had to call a Walmart.com person to finally get my refund.

That is the world we live in. Try to contact a real person from Google if you are advertising with them. Ha! All automated.
 

To be fair,I have encountered some awesome customer service reps, but they are far and few between. What's more, they usually don't last because their good work is not appreciated, and they seek greener pastures.
