Cute Kittens (and cats)

Currently, my recovery and/or therapy includes a cat. People are offering medication or counselling (although not before March 2023) Nevermind that. A kitten's the best medicine.

He's just 5 months old, he'll be 6 months at end of next week. He was born on a super moon and it shows. Full of energy and enthusiasm, in the morning when I wake up, he comes over, gives me a head bump and purrs so loudly, I know it'll be a good day.

He's lying next to my legs just now and when I lift my tablet to look at him, he gives me kitty kisses. Tried a few names back when daughter and I got him. He meowed and purred on just one of five and now comes quickly whenever we call his chosen name LOL!

15 years ago, we celebrated our Ruby wedding anniversary. Into our lives came Ruby. Well what else would you call her?

From the start I was adopted by Ruby, she quite happily hitched a lift in my bathrobe pocket. Bit by bit
though, Ruby grew into a beautiful feline, but she still loved me. Nowadays, instead of my bathrobe
pocket, she lounges out on my lap whilst I am online. One hand on the keyboard, the other caressing
Ruby. I do hope the she is still with us when we celebrate our diamond wedding five years from now.
