Dang it! Stumped by a recipe.

Was going to make a Meringue but had to stop because of incomplete instructions.
Recipe states, "Separate Two Eggs" but does not say by how much.

Directions: Separate 2 eggs: Curly holds them apart!
Directions: Loaf of bread, well soaked: Curly punches it repeatedly.
Directions: Add a pinch of salt: Curly pinches a few grains real hard.

Curly then fixing the turkey.
Directions: Add two potatoes diced: Curly rolls two potatoes like casting dice.
Directions: Add can of oysters: Curly puts the whole unopened can in.

Moe comes over and says such as "Are you stupid, putting a whole can of oysters in a Turkey"? Moe takes out the can, tears off the label and puts the can back in!!
