Aldara the allopathic treatment for skin cancer is dangerous and therefore I would rather use Black Salve if ever I get skin cancer.

It's true that you can't blindly trust all the treatments prescribed by doctors, as many have much more severe side effects than natural treatments. The treatments of doctor are meant to keep you as a customer and not meant to cure you and lose you as a customer.
The doctors are only trained in drug medicine from the time they go to school to their office visited by the local drug salesman.
If you check the Nursing Drug Reference [PDR] and remove the antibiotics there is nothing else that cures only manages the condition keeping you as a customer.
