Daughter's cottage in Maine

Until the last couple of years, we used to spend the months of May-June, and Sept.-Oct. there by ourselves. Before recently retiring, our daughter was a college administrator and her husband a teacher . They would spend their summers there and a week-end or two when we were there. This started back in the late 90's

Many wonderful memories over the years.
 
We decided in the late 90's to purchase a couple of lots at a Lake and put a camper on them.
Later built a house and garage and sold the camper in 2002 to another with the same hopes.
Getting the opportunity to own and build on a lake is a risk worth taking. Thas my thoughts.
