Davey Do's Art Room

@Mizmo

Here's an example of an animation where I didn't know where it would go, so I just shot some pics with having in mind a subject some other artists and I were discussing. One commented that he felt his art implements were like children to him, something to which I agreed.

There's a lot of mistakes in this GIF, but hey- it's all for fun, I enjoy the process, so I just go with it.

You're very kind, Mizmo, thank you.

The camera angle was off, the lighting changed drastically, the easel moved, and Davey Do's position was not always the best. In art, as in life, expectations and results rarely match, so it's one good reason to ride with the tide. Besides that, the tablet shut down on its own volition after loading up the shots the first time, requiring the 83 frames to be reloaded.

Also, some frames required reediting during the uploading process due to an oversight on my part.

But I don't mind these bumps in the road when I'm along for the ride! It's just so goh dang much fun!

Onward and upward!

Hadn't visited the Art Room for a while, so I took a single shot of the DoBot, and started playing around with the image with no specific goal in mind.

I did 8 frames with the different lights on his chest blinking and his neck leads turning and 8 frames of his eyes lighting and chest lights lighting as the neck leads turned. Then, I bastardized some lyrics, and each line of the song was synchronized with each group, totaling 48 frames.
