That Wilkinson sword alone is worth more than $2500.00 USD, then add the cost of the silver buckles, the sporran silver, and the gold lace on collar and cuffs, and you have about $5000.00 worth of uniform . I believe he is a member of the Seaforth Highlanders. The feathers on his Glenngarry cap are Falcon feathers. The sporran is made of horsehair, with sterling silver fittings. The sword is a basket hilt, with silver tracing and engraving. JImB.
