That is a song McCartney wrote in memory of his early days with John and the beginning of The Beatles.
He wrote it in memory of John. It was in his Documentary online

It's good that he's still writing songs and performing at the ripe old age of 83. His voice isn't anywhere near what it used to be and nobody would give this song a second listen or even a first listen if it wasn't performed by Paul McCartney, who, back in the '60s had one of the greatest voices in the world.

I won't be listening to his new album, but nobody listens to my music, either. Some people create music just for the sake of creating music because that's what they do. Sure, he's a billionaire and could be solving some of the ills of society with all that money, but people don't do that kind of thing any more unless it benefits impoverished people in Africa.
