De-cluttering and feeling pretty darn good!

I was able to get rid of a couch , recliner, and queen size bed taking up space in my "shack". Bless the local flea market and their strong young men who hauled it away. Now I have room to move the clutter from my house to the shack.....:D Say a prayer for Ms Kitty...(I know right..your all thinking about Gunsmoke ..so sweet) She runs the local flea market, getting on in years and hangin' on.

Sounds great Seeker, I know that's got to feel good, wishing the best for MsKitty, she must be a good person to be thought of like that. :)

Glad you are feeling good about your space. I am doing some rearranging of things. First I'm getting to all the laundry I've had piling up and putting it away. Then I'm going through things and throwing out what I don't want or need.

Since I bought a new laptop and my son and daughter- in-law got me a new printer for Christmas I hauled the old screen monitor and keyboard along with my old printer to the Salvation Army. They still are in good working condition. Not sure what to do with the old modem yet.

I am "de-cluttering" too and what a wonderful feeling! I have already made a trip to the Goodwill Donation Center and then lots of big garbage bags for the trash to pick up! Just be careful and not donate or throw away any computers or laptops until you "smash" the hard drives(hammers work great for this). You do not want any information from them getting into the wrong hands.

If it's just "clutter" why would you be moving it to your shack instead of the trash or recycling center?

Ha Ha.. That is the 50 million dollar question...If you could only see the trailer I have full of TRASH to be hauled off! Things going in the shack are being labeled as to who they belong to,so when I'm gone the ones left behind know what they are. Sentimental treasures I can't bear to throw or give away. It's all good!

I trashed two computers worried about the hard drive if it were ever found..so over thinking every little move....

My car is loaded with more bags of "stuff" to take to Ms Kitty tomorrow...yes I worry about hard drives but since they are going on the back 40 dump I'm pretty sure they will be toast by the time anyone finds them. ;)
