My tap and go on my card stopped working.
Ordered new card.
Go online to activate. Use chat facility. Whilst chatting, I am automatically logged out :rolleyes:
Start again, validation code never came. What did arrive was, a message saying - "You have activated SMS service."
Request code again, comes through.
Adjust card settings, Tap and Go Australia would not work. Go through other settings, one of these settings allowed the tap and go Australia to be adjusted. :rolleyes:
All up it took 25 minutes to complete the card activation
