Dealing with 'hot weather hair'...

Frizz Ease. It works. Frizz Ease | Products For Frizzy & Curly Hair | John Frieda

So expensive, but it does help. For ladies, wear your hair pinned back, up, braided or in a pony tail. For men, this is a time of year to shun the Grateful Dead hairstyles. A nice, short cut will help. So many old guys in a certain region I know of decide retirement is a time to look like Jerry Garcia.

I’m tellin’ ya, that is not a good look, especially in humidity.

I have frizz Ease here.. and altho' I don't usually have frizzy hair, very occasionally when the weather is humid it will go slightly crazy..Frizz ease just makes the hair greasy
I only have the shampoo and hair spray. I have not tried the other products. The shampoo doesn’t cause any greasiness at all.

This is what I do. If you are able to wear your hair up or tied back, it really helps (y)

I have my hair in a pony tail all the time I'm at home... I never have it down at home.. I wear it up outside when it's humid or windy...otherwise it's down when I go out...

this was in May... and then in July I had it cut again when I was in Dorset

Here 'we're are again...

Has anyone used Argan oil?
I always use oil on my ends after drying it. I use Garner Fructis anti frizz serum. You can use it all over but your hair will need washing quicker hence I usually just use it on the ends. Depends how humid it is.
After I work it in I leave it and let it soak in before combing or brushing and it isn't greasy.

Yes I do, doesn't need much at all. I put a dime size drop in my palm, smear it a bit then apply it to the ends mostly then crunch the outer layers in my hand. It has been working during humid days to keep my hair from drying out and frizzing up. Least costly to use that I have found and I have long hair.

Mine is very fine and short. It tends to flatten in excess humidity. The trick is to keep it very clean with no added products or sprays.
