Dell Webb Communities

There’s one here. Friend of mine liked it. Lots of group activities, nice facilities. I think I’d like living there, but Dave would not. Too many restrictions for him. The HOA is pretty strict on things like fences, pets, even parking in your own driveway, or God forbid, on the street. I’d do my due diligence before I bought there.
