Well, I'm certainly not going to continue to go back and forth on this, I'd simply become part of the problem.
From what I've read, someone interpreted a post as being an accusation of racism. That being the case, it seems to have been questioned. Now, one could either say, "yes, I could have written that differently, I didn't intend to accuse you of being a racist, sorry about that". Or they could double down and continue to throw gasoline on the fire. A member felt they had been labelled incorrectly, surely you would question it if the same was applied to you? I know I would. Racism is pretty heavy stuff.
Now, I'm not saying you're bad and the other person is not. Honestly, I don't care. I'm not emotionally invested in this thread. I hate for anyone to get banned unless they're an out and out troll. I'd just much rather we all get along. How about confirming that you don't think the other person is a racist, and leaving it at that?
I'm just making a final stab at calming things down. Hate to see you, and others, caught up in this negativity. We could all be dead by the time this resolves.
Still, enough from me, I'm going to crawl back into my hole now.
