Oh, yay, someone else who walks a lot. Do you walk every day? Inside or out? A specific walk pattern or do you change it? Do you use a fitbit?
I am building up to walking 6 miles a day and am mostly successful-over 15,000 steps. But this is my limit. I wish I could do 10 miles, 20,000 steps, but I doubt I can. I walk mostly inside because of winter. I think I am wearing a path in my carpets

. I walk 15 minutes every hour and the steps build up. I can not walk 3 miles straight, maybe 1 mile, due to nerve damage in my back, I have to rest a lot.
