Did you know Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are incredibly distant cousins?
The old wives tale that we’re attracted to people who look like our parents has some strange ties. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex share more than just a marriage. Apparently, they share an ancestor dating 15 generations back. Did you know you can tell if an egg is old based on if it floats in water?
It sounds phony, but it’s time tested. If an egg floats when you set it in water, then it’s old; if it sinks, it’s a fresher egg and you’re good to go.

A genealogist has discovered actor Benedict Cumberbatch and King Richard III are cousins, with the Sherlock star set to play the former monarch on screen later his year.

University of Leicester Professor Kevin Schurer has revealed a link between Cumberbatch and the king which makes them third cousins 16 times removed.
It is estimated that between one million and 17 million people in the UK are connected, in some way, to Richard, whose remains were discovered buried beneath a council car park in Leicester in 2012.

Did you know ( and I've used this method all my life)....that when testing whether an egg is fresh or not... hold one end gently pressed against your closed lips for about 3 or 4 seconds.. then turn it over and do the same with the other end. if the egg is fresh ( not bad).. one end will feel slightly warmer than the other end.

if the egg is bad the temps of both ends will be the same. I use this method every-time before I cook an egg, even if I'm taking it out of a carton I just bought..

Go on...try it.... :)🥚
