Difference Between Deli Hams

At the store's deli grab-n-go, they have so many different named sliced hams, I don't know what's the difference:

Honey ham
Smoked ham
Cooked ham (thank goodness!)
Off-the-bone ham
Black Forest ham
Virginia ham
Italian style
Danish style

Cooked ham is bargain basement ham. When I worked in the deli, I pitied all who bought it it's just not a nice tasty food

If you can stomach the prices, find a Greek deli, or Ukrainian deli. Very little additives.

But, @Disgustedman, if you can only buy the pre-packaged, which do you suggest as best?

The only pre-packaged ham I would buy is from Costco. I cook the bone-in one usually and freeze it.
