I would hazard a gues that at least half the single mothers don't go out to work, instead they rely heavily on benefits

In the Uk as of 2021... the rate of Unmarried births was almost 52 %.... the rate of Unmarried mothers under 30 was a whopping 69 % compared to those over 30....... and why ?.. because they don't have to go to work..they have children they are not expected to work, they're given public housing and their rents paid , and the state pays them to stay at home.. and raise children..It's an absolute epidemic here

Are they not forced to look for jobs or your income gets cut off or less? Ages ago we had a woman in church with 2 teens who was spoiled and thought it was normal that she was a housewife without a man. She was complaining that they forced her to look for work.

Sometimes it's sad though. We had a real sweet girl in church, but so stupid. They warned her. She had a muslim guy who hit her and still married him and got kids. Divorce. Lets dump the kids on mom. Guy nr 2. Lets get more kids. This time it will work. Oh it doesn't. Divorce nr 2. When she came back to that church she was pregnant with nr 5 or 6 and dating potential mr right nr 4 or so and all the guys were chilling while they dumped the kids on her. That kid behaved like a monkey. She was way too soft. My sons entertained him to give her a break.

I don't judge her. I was stupid like that myself. If my ex hadn't refused to get sterilized, so I had to get it done, I would have been instable and dumb enough to get another kid with the 2nd guy. Imagine 2 coparentships with 2 dads. I could get it reversed. He said he wanted no kids, so we married and some weeks later: I would really like to have a kid of my own. Then I felt guilty and thought of reversing it, but thank God he said: but you hve to get the test to see if it has Down, cause then you have to get an abortion since those have no right to live. Pfew gone was the guilt. No reversal. No kids for you.

@Messy ...no they're not forced to look for job, this is why we have a thousand illegal immigrants arriving here on a Daily basis by boat... they're not turned away and they're allowed to claim benefits... we're the easy touch idiots of the world at least our government is....... It's absolutely appalling...
