Digestive Disturbance at the Fast Food

I get the impression they think it's cool and that everyone likes it.
Seriously, they don't care. They know their friends will like it when they come in, but their friends aren't always there to spend money. They're there to hang out and maybe get a free drink.

That's why the shift manager's work ethic is so important. I had some really good ones; hard workers, great leaders, conscientious and friendly. They set good examples.
Sort of like "elevator music". Montovani or Ferrante & Teicher or Mitch Miller stuff. There was a name for that kind of music but I can't remember what it was called. I'm sure you know what I mean. What was that name? Seabring music or something like that?
Smooth Jazz and Easy Listening is what I remember. Oh, Instrumental Pop was another.

"After sipppin' a soda we got a scheme, somebody else play the record machine ....." ".... makin' one coke last us till it's time to scram."
Jukebox Saturday Night, Glenn Miller.

I'll bet they're all successful today.

I remember now: Musak.
