Sorry honey. I’d be happy to share, but it disappeared pretty quickly I think Ron had 5 of those tacos. He justified it by the fact that they were street tacos, so they’re little.

Tonight it's soooo hot , so I wasn't very hungry.. I had an open salad sandwich..One slice of bread, some thinly sliced chicken, sliced radishes, grated cheese, sliced plum tomatoes.. and some Cotton Candy flavoured grapes

There are lots of those ribs left from last night, but no leftover sides. Tonight I'll be making some smashed potatoes and a spinach salad to go with them.

Looks fantastic Ronni, I love tomato basil soup, but never had homemade....kudos to Paige and Will!

My freezer in the basement was without electricity for some reason and last night I discovered that everything in there was defrosted for several days. My husband unplugged it, removed the cover and checked it out, but there was no reset button or anything that looked wrong, it's working right now and we only have breadstuffs and vegetarian eggrolls there right now. I shoved everything I could in the refrigerator's freezer upstairs last night, but we had a turkey that wouldn't fit. Sooo, we baked a turkey today and it's sitting now in the fridge to eat tomorrow and for a few more days of leftovers.

We also had some sea scallops which we made today for supper, sauteed with garlic, scallions, shallots, bay leaves, parsley, etc....served over whole wheat linguini.
