Disney Owned Cable Channels on Blackout

Apparently, Disney wanted more money from a provider, and shut it all down. The article was confusing, but haven't I read recently that Disney is in serious financial trouble? I had the impression they were in a hole with no way out. Such a big company that's been around as long as AT&T.
 
I've been watching on ESPN,ESPN 2 The U.S. Open Tennis Championship when it started Mon 8/29
Yesterday around 6pm I was watching couple matches, was looking forward to seeing night matches, when I turned TV on at 9pm no matches wasn't happy
 

The dispute was settled. However, some Disney-owned channels have been permanently dropped from the Spectrum lineup. Networks that will no longer be included in Spectrum TV video packages are Freeform, FXX, Disney Junior, Disney XD, FXM, Baby TV, Nat Geo Wild and Nat Geo Mundo.
Just the ones I wanted... :mad:
