What a nightmare.

As one of millions who signed up Disney Plus to watch Hamilton, I can’t cancel. DH & I have spent 3 days searching online.

They take our monthly fee, yet have no record of a subscription.

There’s no such thing as talking to anyone at Google. They’re blaming this on Covid-19. I’d heard the announcement that most of their work would be done from home until at least summer of 2021. Thankfully having fewer employees, they’re saving many of their billions of dollars. 😒
 

The money is paid to GOOGLE.

There are absolutely NO subscriptions listed in Google or Disney+. I’ve spend hours going back & forth searching through different methods.

Finally I put a stop payment through my bank. I’m counting on receiving an email so I can correspond with someone in the know.

Not about my issue, I feel sad if many Google employees are no longer working or working shorter hours from home and this will continue until until at least summer 2021.

When I had an issue with my mortgage I had to use the internet to get an answer, that person was working from home..
