Disturbing the peace- mine!

I’m old and maybe that is why I value peace and serenity.
Got problems with kids across the alley.
Oldest boy and another about the same age who lives with them are the instigators and they are trying to see what they can get by with.
It started when those two and another teen threw a sock full of baby food on our front porch.
They didn’t think they would be caught and the front camera didn’t catch them but they ran out into the alley and right in front of a camera mounted on the alley side of the garage.
Daughter and SIL were at our house and as soon as they saw the mess on the porch my daughter grabbed my phone and looked at videos.
She called the woman across the alley and that woman said “ my son wasn’t with them.”
My daughter sent the video of them laughing and talking about what they had done.
Told the Mom to send them over to clean it up.
My Son in Law is retired police officer and he tried to put fear into their punk little hearts and warned they to stay away from my house.
I was betting that they wouldn’t heed the warning for long and I installed a second camera on the garage to cover a bigger area.
They avoided the alley for about two weeks and yesterday they were in the alley again.
The older boys thought they were clever putting on a show by stick fighting and the little guy maybe about 3rd grade size picks up a rock and throws it clear across the alley and close enough to one of my cameras that it looked it was almost on target. Bam you could hear it hit the garage.
They had a couple of teen girls hanging with them and these girls were right up against the big roll up door on the garage when I got home.
I yelled at them to get away from my garage and stay on the other side of the alley.
The two teen boys were in their fenced in back yard after I parked the car and I yelled at them to stay away from my garage and house and yard.
Then I posted on Facebook telling about how I had video of these teen boys throwing rocks at the back of my neighbors houses too.
Funny how neighbors don’t care about your problems until they find out that they are victims too.
I know the grandfather of that family and I do about anything to avoid trouble but I think these boys need a little discipline.
What really upset me was when they were laughing and thinking they got by with throwing crap on my porch one of them said I hope they slip and fall in it.
That made me mad!
