Do you accept or resist old age?

Every now and then I come to the realization that I'm an old lady now. But I'm young at heart so I don't feel like it nor do I act "old". I do, however, except it.
every now and then I imagine that I am 55. What I could do. What plans I had. Now I look in the mirror at 77 and say naaaaaaaa! This isn't me. Then I shuffle out to take my dog for his walk and realize that I am shuffling. Brain is not connecting with the body!

i worked in the building trade for quite some number of years .alot of the work i did was working off of ladders all .it started to take a toll on my knee joints so i gave up the peticular job just in time to save my knees lucily.i do suffer with a bit o knee pain sometimes due to the work i was doing before i quit .i count myself lucky that the knee pain isnt to bad and not really bad enough to effect my mobilty so thankfully i can still go long walks without having to much trouble, so i dont resist old age .i dont push mysef to hard but i like to get out about walking sometimes
