Do you air out your house or rooms on a regular basis?

Bedroom window open 24/7; dining room window open most days in afternoon when sun is
shining, will soon open the door to balcony. Since I don't have a clothes line here I air blankets
in dryer.

We have wood heat but even if we didn't I'd have at lest one window partly open. I like the doors and windows open except for in the summer when it's triple digits outside and the a/c is on.

I keep the patio door cracked just enough so Dino can get out and in to chase a cat or a squirrel etc. Keeps me from jumping
up and down.

Falcon you better stop chasin' those squirrels.......:)

When you own a woodstove it’s recommended that you leave a window open for a good exchange of air so we can’t afford not to open a window.

Yup, small cabin, big stove
window is always open a bit in winter

Summer?
When the evening mountain air cools, we have everything open all night, even the front door.

Which prompted me to build a screen door

Close everthing up around 8am

The cabin is always cool, all summer

I'm glad to see we all love our fresh air. I'm not alone. The hubby will just have to put up with it. That's why we have sweaters, blankets and afghans. I do draw the line at dragging out the mattresses. I'm a bit to old for that.
My mom was great on airing out everything. Also, part of "spring cleaning" was carrying all the mattresses out into the yard to be left in the sun for the day.

Here in AZ, I'm with AZJim. But when I lived in Hawaii (Big Island) my house had no central heat or A/C. I had a sliding glass door on the ocean side (makai) lanai, and another on the mountain side (mauka) lania. I was at about 1200' elevation, and the lowest temp I saw was 64, and the highest was 90. So that house got aired out almost every day. :)

I miss it.
