Do you bite or lick your ice cream?

After giving this proper thought, I can say that I mostly 'bite' my ice cream.
A lick here and there, but overall I spoon it up and bite it, take bites. The
same for an ice cream cone, I take little bites and yes licks too, but mostly

bites.

Odd topic perhaps, but I was just thinking about it, and because I saw it
on another forum.

depends on the day.... lol
I am reminded of an old ad for tootsie pops where an owl was suppose to count the licks to get to the center ......
when i eat ice cram i start with one , two , three licks then ...a big bite haha

Did you have to go and say Ice Cream??
Now I have to go buy some😉
I lick it if it's in a cone, bite if on a spoon
Lara knows all. Ditto. Licking if on a cone or biting if on a spoon from a bowlful. I haven't had a cone in a very long time now that I think of it.

It depends on the ice cream and what it’s in. In a cone, I lick the ice cream on the top. Once it’s at the cone part and my teeth are insulated, I bite the cone and lick it.

If it’s in a bowl, I scoop the ice cream out with a spoon so no biting involved.
Ummmm. Now I want some. 😏😝

Even young kids quickly learn that biting into a piled up cone may result in a floor mess , losing their yummy treat. And then NO. Do not BITE into a bowl of ice cream because I use a SPOON :) then dump its sweet cool contents into my mouth where I can let the deliciousness linger.

I lick an ice cream cone. 😛 If the ice cream is in a bowl, I take bites with a spoon and let the creamy goodness melt in my mouth. I do not chew my ice cream! 🤨

I almost always eat ice cream with a spoon out of a bowl; too many messes associated with ice cream consumption from a cone, where of necessity I lick… 🍦
