Do you check your Blood Pressure?

I'm not on any meds for blood pressure, and I have a good arm cuff monitor that I use about once a week.
Doctor told me that as long as readings are in the 'green zone' mostly, they can go up at times ... as long as they come back down.

I used to have the white coat syndrome, but for some reason for the last few years I stay calm enough for that not to happen.

I check my BP twice a week at home, it's almost always within low/normal range. Sure to make me believe I'm still healthy and breathing for the next ten minutes or so.:)

I have my annual BP check at the doctors next week where I’ll get a reading so high it should be send for the ambulance.
So I’m checking mine so I can hand over the readings!
118/71 today…which is pretty damn good!
Should my BP medication be lowered I wonder?
I shall ask....
Yes, I check mine at least three times a week. I also take my temperature about as often. I believe that these make good indicators of general health. I wear an Apple Watch also.

I have had my own, an Omron, for years. I check mine sometimes if I don't feel well. It's very useful to the doctor to present your own readings. They usually like that.
Actually, the fact that most people's reading go so high in a medical setting should show us something - the measurable effects of stress on our body.

Being in the upper 80's, my blood pressure fluctuates due to nutritional supplements, exercise, sleeping, and you name it. I was amazed that even "organic blueberries" (Costco) raised my hypertension over time. Either they are not organic, or I have become sensitized after eating every day 1/2 cup of blueberries for a year. Thus, I am checking my blood pressuer with an Omron gadget several times a day to keep track of everything that influences my blood pressure, and drop those items that raise it.
