Yes, I eat the healthiest that I've ever eaten in my entire life. The difference being that I didn't know how to eat healthy before.
I'm on a low carb, gluten free, dairy free, egg free, low sugar, no alcohol, lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, plus some meat. Why? Food allergies for part of it and losing weight for the other part. I have been on this diet for the last 4 years and have lost weight slowly, which is fine because I put it on slowly.
As I shed the weight, I hope to rebuild my strength.
Do I ever cheat? Of course I do. A few bites of fried chicken or a spring roll every once in a while keeps the spirits up and momentum going.
