Do you exercise in all weather outside?

I try to.

My morning walk is approx. 2.5 miles, in all kinds of weather.

I enjoy it and look forward to it for the exercise and for the uninterrupted time it allows me to turn various things over in my mind.

If the weather bothers you stay in and enjoy another cup of coffee!
I think I will do exactly that. 🔥

The weather no longer bother me regarding exercise... my treadmill is in a spare room, high and dry and air-conditioned and the tv/dvd entertains me beautifully.

For years I walked outside in all weather except rain. But walking the bayou, as pretty and peaceful as it seemed, was a bit dangerous with snakes when the trail was overgrown, and then the occasional free ranging dogs, and of course there was always a chance of a nasty two legged critter. It got to the point I carried a small baseball bat, but even that didn't seem adequate a time or two. So I fixed up a room and "rough it" indoors.

I exercise both indoors and out, so when the weather is bad, I stay in.
I take a 5 mile walk when outdoors. I had some health issues that kept me immobile for awhile and I am only starting back to my exercise now. I am able to walk 3 miles at this time.

I do yoga for an hour twice weekly. It keeps me flexible. I am still able to do that.

When I don’t walk, like today, I do zumba dance fitness for an hour. Today, it will be over 90 F and the air quality is bad so i will stay indoors and dance!

I enjoy doing a variety of things in a variety of places. I get bored just doing one form of exercise.

I get outside as often as possible because the bulk is walking. I like walking in/on fields not just concrete. I always try to adapt to the outside weather as often as possible anyway.

It just came out this year those who walk or run outside get more benefits than some gym rats because the impact from concreate and harder surfaces benefits bone density more than a treadmill walker. Plus even though it's exercise equipment or machines it's still a machine one's body must adapt to in some respects just like a factory worker and can become open to RMIs or repetitive motion injuries doing the same thing over and over. Plus since outside is not perfect the body gets to using musles, ligaments, tendons slightly different sometimes with every step.

Here it is raining 15,000 Dogs 🐶and 700 Cats 🐱and those exercise manics are doing their miles along the paths.
No matter visibility is down to 30 meters.
Must do the miles per day. 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️
No..absolutely not...I'd be nuts..but I do see men and women running past here when it's persisting down with rain and there they are soaked to the skin in shorts and Vests... looking like drowned rats

I knows it's an addiction for some.. but it's really bad for you pounding the concrete.. terrible on the knees and hips.. and they risk getting pneumonia into the bargain..
