I can feel fall is right around the corner, the breezes are getting cooler and the summer overall, was not that hot. I'm happy because I don't care for hot 90 and 100 degree temps. How about where you live, do you feel autumn in the air? Here's a pic of Aspens turning color in autumn.

That's why I'd never live in Florida, Arizona, etc. I like my four seasons. :)

Temps around the 100 degree mark and drier than pop corn flatuance.

It was 99 here yesterday, so no. This has actually been a mild summer by our standards. Just the last few days have been really hot.

Same here Bullie . .. school has started, and Labor Day is around the corner, but the thermometer is screaming Summer..
really, just normal for around here.

I wish we could feel "drop"..."drop" because that's when the leaves drop off the trees:D It was a bit cooler yesterday and should be still today, but it's back to August heat again tomorrow. That old familiar feel and smell won't be here for at least a few more weeks.

I feel for ya Rkunsaw, with 100 degree temps, it's hard to get motivated to do anything, and I know you and your wife are always busy keeping up with things.

O yes it's a lot colder here in Wales .We bought some new garden chairs about 3weeks ago they have not been used yet to cold to wet.

Funny you should mention that right now, SB.

Here in Florida, after last week's blistering heat, the past two days have been rather pleasant. Lower heat, lower humidity, more clouds in the sky occasionally covering the sun for short periods & a really nice breeze all day.

I think this is in part, due to the storm passing us by in the Atlantic. It is certainly not fall related, unfortunately & will be gone in a couple of days.

But, contrary to what DJ said, it's not always either just hot or warm in Florida. It routinely drops into the 30's overnight during the winter months, & occasionally, below freezing even knto the 20's.

Sadly, we really don't get much of an autumn.

I've always said, we get some really beautiful fall days here in Fla.

Too bad they don't arrive until around March or April.

Denver is going through a 'cool spell'... and I heard several people remarking today that "fall is in the air" ... :) I love that season. It's my favorite!

Ive noticed the leaves turning colour and some trees dropping their leaves, theres also a dew on the grass in a morning .all signs Autumn is on us .

We're still so far from fall that it's hard to remember it. We're going to get lucky toward the end of this week, though, with nighttime temps down into the low 60s. Bring it on!!!
