Do you feel younger or older than your age?

For me it often depends on the day. There are some nice minimal
stress days, and also some days that are more challenging with
a variety of things, life and living. Therefore, I might feel my age
of 72 or I might feel older.

Today though I feel 70. This could pass lol

When I can't get in exercise, I feel older.

I must keep moving and so I do, one way or another.
Right now, I am off and running literally, to take on
the day, and it will be a busy one.

Some days I feel like I am in my 80s or 90s. I know it's bad when other gals older than me with walkers pass me in the corridors at work. Then some days I got a spring in my step and I'm booking it through the day. *Shrugs*
I can relate to days like yours.

I have never felt older, always younger, and I feel no different than I did in my late 30s. I tease about it, like "gosh, I feel 90 years old today!" but always just a tease. I *have* been warned that as the years go by and I get closer to 70, I'll change my tune, but hasn't happened yet. 🤷‍♀️
You might just always feel younger and as you've shared. ;)

I have times like that, but factually, I also have otherwise days.
As you get closer to 70 or even 80, you still might feel younger.
You might not have to change your tune. You are blessed to feel
as you did in your 30's.

In my mind, I am quite young and frisky. In reality, I not only feel like I am in my 90s, I am.

But, if I keep my balance, and stop falling, I get around just fine. No trouble walking, but I am ordered to use a walker as I can suddenly fall in the blink of God's eye.

Naturally, I have my share of aches and pains, but they are to be expected at my age.
