Do You Give Likes on YouTube Videos You Watch to Help Out Channel Owners?

Yeah, I give likes. It helps content producers, so it's not too much to ask when I like the video to click the little icon.

I usually watch YouTube on the TV. As such there are no "like" or "subscribe" options. No comments section either. You just get the search function & see only the video clip – nothing else.

When I watch on TV, I can get CCs closed captions, give LIKES and SUBSCRIBE. When video begins, passed the ads, press pause using remote control then press arrow up and you'll get to video title, then scroll right to first icon on there click select that's for channel to visit or subscribe.

Next icon is thumbs up/thumbs down, likes or don't likes, then you can save it to your playlist to add comments later. Hoping this helps!

You're right! I never noticed that. Thanks for that tidbit...
