Do You Go To Bed Early When You Are Bored?

Some times I get bored of reading, watching TV or a movie, or spending time on the computer, playing games and wind up going to bed to sleep at 8:30 PM. Of course I understand that living alone is a contributing factor.

Can't say I ever get bored and go to bed early. I seem to find things to do all day long that exhaust me by bedtime, which is 1:30 AM. Sometimes I think there just are not enough hours in a day. The only thing I dread about winter is that it gets dark by 5 PM. Days are way too short, for me.

No, unless I am tired anyway, but 9.30 would be the very earliest.Of course if you get up very early in the morning Lon, this will be a contributing factor to feeling like going to bed.

I haven't actually done it, yet, but sure have contemplated it. Sometimes life just makes you want to curl up and pull the covers over your head.

Yes, once in awhile I have days like that. When I am tired of everything and just want to go to sleep and forget the world.

Sometimes I get tired of reading. Sometimes I get bored with watching TV.

I'd rather go for a walk, go look at the moon, play with the kitties, than go to bed.

If I get really bored I'll get out my guitar and play, or try to write something.

But hey -- the Internet's always there. I quit it when it's given me a headache but not because I'm bored with it.

I must confess to looking for something which interests me when I'm bored. Life is full exciting and interesting things/ people to interact with. Tis why I participate in 3 groups, not even mentioning outside interests. I know if I become bored tis basically my fault.

Sometimes I go to bed early to read but if I went to sleep that early I would be wide awake about 4am ...

My problem is falling asleep in my recliner after dinner then I'm wide awake at 10 pm, go to bed and read till 2 AM. Terrible cycle but so hard to break. I know I should do something besides sitting in the recliner but the hubby does so I follow.
