Do you have a fancy Phone case ?

Think back - - - How often did you pull over and use a pay phone? Some of we old-timers actually survived for many years without phones glued to our ears. Amazing how we did (survive) now that you look back in time.

As for pay phones....I cannot remember using one except in a few times in airports and once when I was trying to find out if my dad had passed away. I was driving from Memphis to St. Louis in the middle of the night, my sister had called me at home, to tell me our dad had a heart attack and was in an ambulance. I stopped once after driving about 2 hours to call my sister at the hospital and check...unfortunately, he had died! This was before most people had cell phones...

Not a good memory...

Yeah, I can't remember the cost, but thought I best get a good one since I paid $750 for the iPhone.

well exactly...my phone was £900 as was my daughters' phone or more.... she paid about £120 for the case.... but then she was working outdoors so it's necessary for her to have better quality cases than me...

true , few use it.. I do , my phone gets turned off every night... it also gets turned off if I'm in a doctors or dentist waiting room..etc...but I was really meaning for you.. if you had a mobile phone you needn't be at it's beck and call because you control when it's on... :)

If I ever had a phone, which I won't, I would forget to turn it off, forget to turn it on, or I would worry about what calls I am missing when I turned it off....etc. etc. I don't like to be that available to anyone...!

A perk of getting phone is you can be on SF while sitting on the toilet. [Well, maybe not a perk, but I'm sure it's done.]

She recommended that ,since I have slight carpel tunnel syndrome,to use a stylus with it and I find the styluses work well on my cell phone too.

The case my Kindle came in got worn out and the new cases were really overpriced- but I bought a leather case on Ebay and it didnt cost much at all.

I too use a stylus when using my cell phone, although the case has no attachment for the stylus. I have a stylus laying around where ever I might use the phone.

And I also use a stylus with my Kindle Voyage (Voyage no longer available). AND the Kindle Voyage has a nice leather cover. Military grade rubber case for the phone though.
