Do You Have A Favorite Ballpoint Pen ??

I have many, some of which I don’t use, but keep as a memorable item. I must have over a 100 ball point pens, including a few from past presidents. I keep about 6 or so handy around the house and the rest are socked away. I keep a pen and a note pad at each of my 3 phones in the house, plus 1 on the patio. I don’t like having to go look for a pen and paper when speaking with someone that wants to pass information off onto me.

Oh yeah, I forgot, I think I have one from NASA, which is the pen that writes if the user is sitting or standing upside down. That pen has never been used.

DH had a Jewelry/Engraving/Gift store for most of his life.
He gave me a set of Cross pens that were so marvelous I
was so upset when somehow they disappeared.
I think one of the parents of my Home Day Care walked out with
them when she wrote her checks to me.
Now I use BIC pens :(

I haven't used my Cross pen in years since refills didn't last long and got expensive. I just buy cheap ballpoints, never paying attention to the brand because I like to have one everywhere in the house that I may need to write something. My favorite pens are gel pens, and I have some of those too, but they cost more than I want to pay to distribute them all around the house.

Just like good sunglasses. They disappear while the dollar tree ones stay forever...or until they break.

Most of my pens are from hotels. I keep them as souvenirs.

I rarely write anything so just keep a couple of ballpoints in the kitchen drawer. You probably can’t read what I wrote.

I keep a bright coloured pen in my purse. If I need it, I want to be able to find it quickly. I hate touching the store pens when your signature is required.

The Scriveiner showed up a day early.
Ink flows effortlessly and consistently. It writes great.
But ... BUT ... the smooth barrel is kind of slick.
May not be comfortable to write with for a long period of time.

this is the same with the silver coloured one I posted earlier... very slick, makes it difficult to hold and write for any length of time.. but it's lovely and smooth and warm to hold... not cold...

What would be my favorites have been pens I've used when signing something at a business because they wrote so smoothly. I was not able to ascertain what companies they were made by. The next best thing is the ones I have here which are Bic Velocity.
