Paranormal Caught On Camera
Jonathan Crombie who played Gilbert Blythe in Anne of Green Gables died in 2015 of a brain hemorrhage at the age of only 48. He was so good in his role as Gilbert Blythe with that sweet face, silly and playful. A huge loss. So young. Sad. I loved that original movie and will also miss Richard Farnsworth...another sweetheart. Coleen Dewhurst and Meghan Fallows also were incredible. And oh that scenery on Prince Edward Island was to die for.I really like all the sucky sentimental sappy Canadian shows like Heartland, Wind at my Back, Anne of Green Gables and Road to Avon Lee.
Yes, I liked the original so much better than the new versions. I wonder if I can find them anywhere to rewatch.Jonathan Crombie who played Gilbert Blythe in Anne of Green Gables died in 2015 of a brain hemorrhage at the age of only 48. I was too spoiled by the original to appreciate the sequel but enjoyed the quote from Charmion King who played Aunt Josephine in Anne of Avonlea..."You amuse me Anne, and precious little amuses me at my age" haha. It happens doesn't it![]()

@Jeweltea You can watch the original Anne of Green Gables online using the link below for GazeboTV.
It says "free online" BUT they mean Free 15 Minute Preview "when you sign up" then you have to rent it or buy it to watch the whole movie. There are no monthly fees. GazeboTV is strictly rent or buy.
