Do you have a particular character trait?

I'm disabled and use a wheelchair, but I can walk short distances. When I go to stores people want to help me. While I appreciate the concer, most time the 'help" isn't so helpful. People tell me I'm "independent". Lot's of people have told me that. And to be honest I'm not sure why. I just do what I do. Have people said that you have a character trait- the same one over, and over?

I get told a lot that I'm a good person.
I think I can be very kind but I also have the potential to be quite volatile at times. I think there's a difference between good and kind. Anyone can be kind. But not everyone will be good.
But, I also get accused of being harsh because I'm not all Mary Poppins-like.

hope you won't take this as insulting but often when people say someone is ''honest'' they mean ''blunt'' .. so perhaps that's there way of telling you that you just come right on out and say what you're thinking..
