Sleep is very important to me, if sleep only 3 hours, I'm so tired not able to function daily routine as I've been used to. I love 'flower garden' and other outdoor works around the house.
I take 'Melatonin and Valerian nighttime' every night, but Melatonin causes 'scary and weird dream' which interrupt good nite sleep. As counteract for Melatonin's negative effect(side effect), I take Herbal remedy purchased from Amazon. It works well, although I still have a trouble sleep some nites. I take few short rests during day to compensate a lack of sleep which occurs not often, but still some nights. Also, I use a small fan during hot summer nights.
I read that Melatonin(Natural Hormon) getting less and less as we age.
