Prayer is important in my life, well as needed. It's my way to spend time
with God and connect with Him. Daily prayer blesses me, and helps me.

I pray often throughout the day. I know that the Lord is always with me. I try to pray with humility and confidence. I pray from a perspective of my true place in eternity. I always remember that it's not "about me" but rather about Him.

My prayers are always different, and usually more like a conversation with a very dear and highly respected friend. Overall, they reflect the model of the Lords Prayer . . . that is, give honor to Him, ask for those things I need, ask forgiveness for my sins, ask for His divine guidance and protection, and acknowledge that my life in fully in His hands - both now and throughout eternity.

I pray the Lords Prayer and Psalm 23 each day. When I get up early, I spend time reading or listening to the Bible. I love the audio versions. I prefer to be alone when I pray with no outside distractions.
