Do you order a salad with your meal?

No I do not order salad. Most of the time salad comes with the meal unless you ask for something different.
Restaurants I find do not know how to make a salad...and do not know how to make good tea!

My husband likes the wedge salad, personally - I like darker greens mixed in, not just a hunk of iceberg. My favorite salad is the Southwestern!

I don't always have a salad with my meal, and sometimes my meal is a salad. [ like Mac said ]

Bob Evan’s still makes sausage gravy in pouches, two pouches per package.

A bit spendy and not easy to find but it makes a quick meal over a potato, toast,

I am really picky about sausage gravy. If it taste like chalk or cardboard, I’m out.

is Bob Evans worth the money? I’ll give it a go if you think so.

Re lettuce: no because the lettuce too much of it really bothers my gallstones and I don’t fancy having to have a gallbladder attack. I will usually get cottage cheese instead.

Never been a salad eater. Usually get cottage cheese in its place.
As my folks said when I was young, I don't eat rabbit food.

The last time we ate out we had submarine sandwiches. Salad would be far too much to eat. I usually eat salad at home. We do not eat out very often.

I have never heard of or seen wedge salad - must not be a thing in Australia - or at least not in my experience. I would prefer cut up salad anyway. Am not bothered by thought of dust or whatever on the cut lettuce.

Many restaraunt meals here have small salad on the side as part of the meal - schnitzel, lasagne, steak etc would usually come with chips and salad. Sometimes you can change the salad to cooked vegetables.
