Do you remember blue skies and puffy clouds?

I see those beautiful skies and puffy mashed potato clouds all the time... right like when I was a kid and looking for shapes in them. Sometimes I still look for shapes.

Childhood was spent in Alberta .. summer days, laying on the grass looking at the puffy white clouds, seeing
all kinds of shapes.

In recent years, here in Ontario, the most interesting clouds were the lenticular clouds. Hope to see more of them, come summer.

The skies are beautiful where I live now.

Likewise... grew up in LA in the 60's and early 70's... the foot hills would disappear in the smog o.0

Even though I live with a very busy airport practically in my backyard, we have lovely blue skies and puffy clouds frequently. Today is one of them. I love to make images out of clouds.

There are still a lot of opportunities here to see beautiful blue skies and fluffy white clouds. I could do without hearing planes but I don't really mind the jet trails.

So thankful that today is sunny, beautiful blue sky. Since December, we’ve only had days of rain followed by gray, dreary, overcast days. An occasional day of sun but not enough to dry out anything. I’m beyond ready for winter to be over.

Those jet contrails contain jet fuel, didya know that?? My white pickup used to get very "spotted" when the jets flew from
the air force base in Merced Calif.............

I remember when I was kid, laying down in the grass on a clear evening as it got dark, and seeing many; many stars. Today I only see a few bright ones from light pollution and also form those thin; white milky clouds at times.

We still have those skies.. on most clear nights I can see a whole host of stars in the sky...

I'm in NYC and we still have blue skies and billowing clouds. The skies are a lot more clear than when I was young as we have no factories here anymore, darkening the sky and polluting the rivers. No stars, though, too many lights. See the planets & moon.
