Do you remember your favourite dessert/sweet treat as a child?

I do remember those. And believe it or not, I enjoyed them.
We called them Necco wafers, they were my choice at the movies.

When I was a kid, I loved powdered sugar, eaten straight from the box or bag with a spoon. Now I can only eat it if it's totally mixed in the recipe like in frosting or something. But to just have it straight now, like even sprinkled on top of a cake or doughnut or something? Ugh.

I always enjoyed Boston Baked Beans. They were my "all-time favorite candy" to buy at the cany counter, when going to see a movie at the theatre.

The great thing about Apple Crisp and Peach Cobbler is they demand a big scoop of ice cream on top so you're really getting two desserts at once.

My mother was a great cook and baker. we'd come home from school and have whatever she had just made. Cherry pie, blonde brownies, oatmeal molasses cookies, chocolate cake with caramel icing...

My very favorite was Graham Cracker Pie.

Everything she had prepared sounds SO GOOD!
