do you still cook for yourself if single

Oh boy Ruth n Jersey am I with you, I love to cook and it is not easy when cooking in small amounts I feel like doing a cook book on it myself as every one I have seen uses convenience foods. There is a time in the afternoon when I get fidgety because I want to create in the kitchen and most times I am cooking for one these days. Also I prefer grocery shopping to anything else especially when I can get out and get to the assorted ethnic stores I have in travelling distance.
