I have mine from 1972, the half century reunion celebration is scheduled for September.
Hey Aunt Bea, I still have mine and my Class of 72 has our 50th in August.
I recently helped a neighbor move to her son's home and hauled away many things for the thrift store. As i looked through to see what I wanted, in a box labeled Danny's crap were books and year books from both of her sons. I set them in a smaller box and called to suggest she keep them. The boys are in their 30s now but later they will appreciate having them. Thing matter differently at various times of our lives.
Kids from High school that may have been jerks change along the way. The football star who used to get great sport by peeing on the retarded boy in gym class became the district attorney and has a big family. That might not be a good example he might still be an ass.
lol - Some young lady wrote "Dear Buckeye, I'll never forget our night at the drive-in movie. Debbie" There were only a couple of Debbies at our school, and I sure don't remember such a night with either one of them. And I'm gonna guess that she doesn't remember either....Yes, I still have mine. Hard to believe some of the stuff people signed in my senior yearbook.
A yearbook contains individual pictures of the class, as well as a host of group, and school activity pictures. There's anecdotes and funny events, sports statistics & school news for one year, usually the graduating year. The book has to be purchased by the student.I Dont Think we Had Year Books in The UK.....Is That The Same As yearly Reports ?
They Didnt Cost Us Anything Though !
The nicest thing about you seems to be your lovely wife!Yep all three as does my wife, although she was from a different town than I was. I met her in College. We are 73...or will be this year. Been married for almost 53 years...still newlyweds? SMILE
