Do you still have your uniform?

The uniforms are long gone. I have my petty officer eagle and chevrons (engineman 2/c) and a ships name patch in a picture frame on the wall.

I have a belt with a brass buckle with the engineman gear on it that I wear once in a while.

My wife had my dress coat cleaned, pressed and preserved in an air sealed bag. I never asked her why she did that, but I have an idea and I will leave it at that. Mine has the blood stripe on it.

Nope. This is all I have left. Wouldn't fit me now anyway.

Got parts of it. My helmet cover that I wrote on and a fatigue blouse. My montagnard brackets and some chunks of shrapnel. That's about it.
