Their "greatest songs of all time" are the "greatest" from the perspective of musicians and producers at the time -- a lot of them being in their 20s. So the songs they choose won't even remotely look like the picks from the babyboomer generation, which is really all that matters. :cool:
 
He's a great songwriter, it's a shame that he can't sing.
I like his voice on his albums from the '60s and '70s. The fact that so many singers -- including John Lennon -- tried to emulate him says something about his abilities.

Bob Dylan is really horrible live, though. He's unlistenable. I've seen him in concert twice and it was awful both times as well as any live recordings that I've heard. Mick Jagger is another singer who is horrible live, and Robert Plant. Some singers just can't reproduce what they do in the studio when they perform live, so they don't even bother to try.
