Do You Use a Fitness Tracker?

Meet my little annoyance……I like keeping track with exercise, steps, sleep, stress, etc. It’s a versa 3.
But…..
It’s very bossy……if my butt sits too long……it informs me to get moving, the nerve it has.
But…..
