If so, what's your favorite recipe? Mine is s. & b. chicken breast or chicken tenders marinated for an hour or so in soy sauce mixed with a few drops of dark sesame oil, drained and then grilled. Serve atop a tossed salad. Easy, quick and tasty.

Burgers...BBQ.gifon charcoal!!

We've had one for years that I've forgotten about till I read this thread. Used to use it also for burgers and chicken. You got me to thinking about bringing old George back out again and out of retirement. It'd be fun to use him again, and it's been to hot these days to use our oven. Thanks for the reminder.. :)

I wore one out so bought a new one and it's great. Grill plates just rinse off or can go in dishwasher.

We've had one for several years....just use it a couple times a month to grill some small steaks, etc. I sure beats standing outdoors in the heat/humidity for an hour to do what this thing will do in just a few minutes in the cool kitchen.

I have a small one I use mainly to grill garlic bread toast to go with my dinner. Only use about once a week but it does the job.

Well.. we got our old George Forman grill out of the closet the other day, dusted him off and cooked some chicken with him. Yum-ba!
Also promoted George to having a place in the kitchen and got him out of the hallway closet. Welcome back George..
Going to cook some hamburgers with him tonight.. :tranquillity:

What a coincidence Helen, because that's the only thing I use it for, marinated chicken breasts over salad! I put garlic in my marinade.

We use it for hamburgers. We used to do sausage links, but the newer one has changed some, and doesn't do them.

i have one but its strictly for toasted ham and cheese sanis!! i use hob top cast iron skillets to cook meat on, almost gets the chargill flavour!
